Borden County girl’s hard work paid off at the 2017 Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo recently. Aubree Blissard, a 4-H member from Borden County, exhibited the 1st place heifer in the Junior Simmental Heifer Show on Jan. 23.
Big Spring ISD trustees gave the green light Thursday night to use funds left over from two bond series to renovate the old kindergarten center campus to house the new Anderson Accelerated High School.
The Forsan High School debate team has qualified for the UIL state tournament to be held at the University of Texas in Austin. Team members Genesis Caldwell and Price Tarbet won four rounds and took home silver medals during the UIL district tournament on Monday.
