Canyon Eagles top Big Spring Steers 35-7

It was another tough night for the Big Spring varsity football team as they lost to the Canyon Eagles in their senior-night home opener 35-7.
While it seemed pretty one sided for the majority of the game, we still continue to see improvements every week from this young Steer team that is rebuilding from the ground up. Head football coach Mitch McLemore sees the team making steps in the right direction, and his vision for the team is well on its way to where it wants it to be.
