Helping the community beat the heat

Summer has blown in and high temperatures seem to be sticking around. Big Spring Center for Skilled Care has been working hard to help the community fight those high temperatures at home. During the month of July, a total of 60 fans were collected as part of the annual fan drive.
“The goal this year was 30 fans, and we were able to surpass that goal with the help of area businesses and generous individuals,” Christy Brownfield, Marketing Manager at BSCSC, said. “Now that we’ve collected the fans, we need to find homes for the fans.
