Local Eagle Scout candidate helps homeless

The rank of Eagle is the highest rank a Boy Scout can achieve, and Big Spring resident David Tidwell, a member of Odessa's Scout Troop 1908, is working to meet the requirements of the rank by helping people who may be weary or faint to soar on Eagles' wings.
