Thomas wins Heritage Museum Newspaper Dress Contest

Congratulations to Renee Thomas for winning the 2018 Newspaper Dress Competition, which included making a dress completely out of newspaper. As the winner, Thomas will receive a brand new sewing machine and a complementary year subscription to the Big Spring Herald.
